I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR). Being a member of the AoR demonstrates that I have a nationally recognised Diploma in Reflexology.

As an AoR member:

I am bound by the AoR Code of Practice and Ethics.

I follow the AoR Good Practice Policy and hygiene guidance to ensure client safety.

I will always be adequately insured for medical malpractice /professional indemnity requirements. The industry standard is in excess of £5 million cover.

I comply with the AoR Continuing Professional Development requirements which ensures my practice is kept up to date.

I am compliant with GDPR data protection, please see my separate GDPR policy. Your information will remain confidential at all times.

As a professional and highly qualified reflexologist with MAR status, I will provide you with the appropriate bespoke treatment and support.

I keep data electronically so I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

My Personal Business Practice Policies:

1. Appointments

I have health requests of my clients as follows;

• If you have a cough, a fever or loss of taste and smell or have been in touch with anyone with these symptoms please contact me as we may need to postpone your appointment.
• If you have been involved in a higher risk activity such as attendance at a large event or air travel, please contact me as we may need to postpone your appointment.
• If you are planning to have, or have had a vaccination in the last 3 days before your appointment please contact me to rearrange your appointment.

In return I will apply these high standards to myself. Should I feel unwell, unable to treat or it is inadvisable for me to treat, I will explain the situation to you as soon as possible before your treatment.

2. Fees

With effect from 1st October 2025 my fees are:

• £53.00 per 1 hour session of Reflexology or Indian Head Massage.
• £80.00 per 1 1/2 hour session of Top to Toe treatment (combined Indian Head Massage with reflexology).
• £80.00 per 1 1/2 hour session of Ultimate Rebalance treatment (combined Japanese Face Massage with Reflexology)
• 80.00 per 1 1/2 hour bespoke combined treatment session.
• £60.00 per 75 minutes' session of Crystal Reflexology.
• £55.00 per 1 hour session of Tsuboki®️ Japanese Face Massage.
• £40.00 per 45 minutes' session of Reiki
• £53.00 per 1 hour session of R & R combined treatment (Reiki with Reflexology).

My fees are payable in full at the time of treatment. I accept payment by cash, card or by bank transfer.

I reserve the right to choose to use discretion regarding the application of any discounts.

3. Cancellation and Late Arrivals Policy

I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. As you are aware my business is dependent on the number of clients I can see in my clinic hours. Therefore if you are unable to make a previously arranged appointment I request that you provide me with at least 24 hours' notice. This will allow me the option to re book the time slot with someone on my waiting list.

Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice may result in me charging my usual treatment cost. This fee will be required to be settled prior to any future bookings.

Please note that if you arrive late for your appointment you will be charged in full for the treatment session, but your treatment time will be reduced.

4. Deposits

I do not currently take deposits on booking of appointment, however this is subject to review.

• I reserve the right to request a deposit of 50% of my usual appointment fee from all clients at the time of booking. Appointments made under this deposit scheme are able to be rescheduled with more than 24 hours' notice. With less than 24 hours' notice the deposit will be withheld as stated in my cancellation policy above.

5. Treatment packages

• I may from time to time offer the option to book a package of treatments. These are provided at a reduced price as they are paid for in advance.
• These treatments can be booked during my normal working hours with no restrictions.
• Where an appointment is booked and missed, my cancellation policy above will apply and an amount will be deducted from those remaining.
• These treatments are paid in advance and are fully flexible with 24 hours notice.
• These treatments are non refundable.
• These treatments have to be used within 3 months from the date of purchase.

6. Vouchers

I may from time to time supply the option to buy vouchers for treatments. These may be given as gifts.

• These treatments can be booked during my normal working hours with no restrictions.
• Treatments booked using voucher(s) are paid in advance and are fully flexible with 24 hours' notice.
• Where an appointment is booked using a voucher and missed, or if the customer arrives late for the appointment, my cancellation and late arrivals policy above will apply.
• When booking an appointment using a voucher customers should state their intention to use a voucher as payment and the voucher must be presented on arrival at the appointment.
• These vouchers are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Lost, stolen or destroyed vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.
• All vouchers issued from 01.01.2024 must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase. All vouchers are required to be used by the expiry date shown on the voucher. Vouchers will not be accepted past the expiry date shown on the voucher.

7. Use of background music

I only play Royalty free music within my business and therefore I am not required to have The Music Licence. Unless you are in your own home, I am unable to play your preferred music selection.

8. Provision of additional therapies

I may from time to time offer other therapies in addition to reflexology. I will provide these therapies to the same high standard expected by the AoR for reflexology. I will also have insurance in place for these additional therapies
