Reflexology is a deeply relaxing treatment. It is proven to ease tension, aid sleep and improve mood. The recipient will continue to experience a feeling of calm and wellbeing for some time after the treatment is completed.

Crystal Reflexology is a full Reflexology treatment enhanced by the additional use of selected crystals to help open, clear and rebalance the chakras. A deeply relaxing and calming treatment.


Indian Head Massage is a relaxing but invigorating therapy involving massage to the upper back, arms, hands, neck, scalp and face. It has many benefits including relief of stress and tension, relief of headaches and eye strain, improved skin, scalp and hair condition and lifting mood and wellbeing.


Gift Vouchers are available for:


A full session of Reflexology - this can be Facial Reflexology, Foot Reflexology or Hand Reflexology (approx 1 hour)* £48.00 or

A full session of Crystal Reflexology (approx 1 hour 15 minutes)* £55.00 or


An introductory (taster) session of Foot or Hand Reflexology (approx 30 minutes) £25.00 or


Indian Head Massage - a full traditional seated Indian Head Massage with or without oils to the face and scalp (approx 1 hour) * £48.00 or


Top To Toe treatment - consisting of a full 90 minutes of hands on therapy - 45 minutes of traditional seated Indian Head Massage followed by 45 minutes of Foot Reflexology (approx 1 1/2 hours) * 75.00.

My location

I am based in Holmes Chapel near Crewe in Cheshire, within easy reach of Knutsford, Congleton, Goostrey, Sandbach and Macclesfield.

My treatment room is easily accessible from the M6. I see clients from the whole of Cheshire and also from further including Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire and Manchester. Off street parking is available.
